Alien-Eye is a rapidly growing Tokyo based creative marketing agency that helps clients like Symantec, Norton, iTunes Japan and Smart.fm establish marketing presence in Japan. Depending on the project, Alien-Eye works with a network of production partners outside the company. In addition, Alien-Eye has a co-founder in Taiwan who is very active in the business. Hence, Alien-Eye faced the problem of managing multiple projects with different collaborating small teams distributed in several locations.

Alien-Eye project managers and designers working on different aspects of the project can post status updates on what they have done, share media files, Google Docs and Calendars. The whole team is able to keep organized despite the large number of media files and documents by using Socialwok's consolidated keyword search. All Alien-Eye content on Socialwok is indexed and results are presented split by category; people, post, files, Google Docs (Documents, Spreadsheets and Presentations).


Alien-Eye strategists and producers spend a lot of time meeting clients and partners in downtown Tokyo; making it difficult to keep track of projects on the move. Team members were emailing each other back and forth with no way to present the conversations in an organized fashion. With Socialwok's mobile web version available on iPhone and Android, team members can pick up project threads, feedback and make decisions on the move.
