Is Socialwok free? Is there be a paid version?

Socialwok has a free version (Standard edition) and a paid version. The standard edition is free for users of all sizes and will always remain free. We have a paid version called the premier edition .

Who can access the data?

Only invited employees of your company domain or external collaborators like cilents and partners can join your company's Socialwok network and access the data. Our premier edition offers further administrative and security features to control user access.

  • Employees in your Google Apps or work email domain
  • Partners and customers who have been invited to collaborate in your company network

Who owns the data?

When you upgrade from standard edition (free) to premier edition (paid), your company will own the data. All data posted by your users in your company's Socialwok standard edition network belongs to the users who posted the data. Ownership is transferred from employees to the company when the network is upgraded. Socialwok does not own or claim the rights to your data at any time.

Can a former member of my network or former employee be removed?

Company networks that have upgraded to paid version of Socalwok have company administrators that can do various user and feed management. Company administrators can invite, remove and suspend users from the company network. Former employees of your company network if banned from Socialwok can no longer have access to the company network data.

Can the data be exported or for e-discovery?

Company networks that have upgraded to paid version of Socalwok have the ability to export their company owned data into a standard format for backup and e-discovery purposes.
